Woah hey Jake! Nice to meet a fellow cast member. I also didn't like how Disney would terminate employees so swiftly for the stupidest things. I used to work in a restaurant and if you were caught eating anything you could pretty much just take off your nametag and go because you were getting terminated. I get why we had the rule, but it doesn't make sense as well when you take into account that we "spoil" tons of food at the end of every shift and that Disney hardly ever wanted to give that to the college-aged cast members who weren't making much to begin with.
