Nearly 5 years ago, I started the Post-Grad Survival Guide here on Medium.

I won’t bore you with the details of the next five years.

TLDR: We grew a lot thanks to the help of the undisputed Best Editor on Medium — Stephen Moore.

He was a total boss at helping me run this publication. He helped us expand into new topics. We talked about personal finance more. We talked about side hustles. We published work from some of the best names on Medium.

But after a great few years in 2019 and 2020 of explosive growth, I decided to shut down the publication to all submissions starting this September.

It’s been 10+ days since we stopped publishing work from our batch of amazing writers, and I must say I quite enjoy the calm.

I used to login every Monday and Friday to read our latest stories. Just wanted to show my support, you know?

But now everything seems eerily quiet.

Like going into the office on Christmas Day or something.

This publication used to be a bustling hub of great information from some of the best minds on the internet.

Now it’s just me.
