Melanie Rockett I used to be a wrestler and we were absolute PROS at shedding pounds in water weight. This is not a great thing to do, obviously, but we knew how to get 5–10 pounds lighter over the span of 36 hours.
Ridiculous.
Real weight loss takes time — and people shouldn’t be discouraged when they don’t see the numbers they want to.
