In Mexico the haggling also happens in restaurants LOL. People selling stuff on the street literally come inside the restaurant to every table and ask if they want to buy something. Sometimes they can be pretty pushy, too.

On my wedding week we had a guy haggle my brother, his wife, and newborn baby while we were eating churros outside. After saying NO three times I told the guy to just leave us alone and then he shouted motherf*cker at me and my brother.

You also get people who start playing music really loud right in front of you while you're sitting outside then they beg you for a tip afterwards. It's like thanks for ruining my eardrums, my conversation, and my dinner. No I won't give you a tip.
