I’m trying to train myself to swat away negative thoughts during the day that stress me out.

I always thought feeling less stress is something that would happen in the future after I become a little more successful or make a little more money.

No. Feeling less stressed can happen right now by quieting my mind.

Once I can master this, I think I’ll become much happier with my life.
