I understand, but I disagree with Jessica. I think that there’s not an expectation that everyone should be exceptional. I don’t expect the person at Chipotle filling my order to be Tim Ferris, or Warren Buffet. I think that there’s a relatively normal set of standards wherever you work that makes sense for that particular place.
