Here in the Philippines Ayodeji Awosika every vlogger seems to know every other vlogger. There’s a lot of copycatting happening and after watching them vlog and live a certain way you almost feel like as a vlogger here that you have to do the same things as them.

I realized I don’t need to be super outgoing, and I don’t need to focus on certain topics.. I need to make the stuff that calls to me from my heart.

In that moment I felt like a huge weight was lifted off. We don’t need to be anybody else — we just need to be us, and not everybody is strong enough to do that (at first). Great article.
